Harkening from the deep, green forests of south VanIsle, Nagdeo Menninkainen brings forth the essence of sacred woodlands. He is inspired by the nourishing traditions which sustain life: food, natural healing, wilderness, community, and creation itself. These traditions find expression within his music, as lush soundscapes, deep ambiance, and delicious downtempo beats spring forth, like ripe fruit borne upon a tree.
With roots in the westcoast intentional dance community, and branches reaching towards the sky, Nagdeo is known for his grounded, yet uplifting evening sets, as well as gentle, nurturing sonic pillows in the morning. His subtly textured journeys aim to evoke good dreams for the kinfolk, open hearts, and help bring a sense of deep interconnectedness to the dancefloor.
